The staff was great, wonderful and very helpful! We have come to learn that all people in Herceg Novi are most friendly and helpful.The staaf of Apartment Mediteran was just that, and perhaps even more! Excellent!

I would recommend Apartments Mediteran only to those seeking cheap accommodation, while in Herceg Novi. There are many many reasons not to stay here. First off, it's all but located in the center of Herceg Novi (the walk to the old center is at least 25 minutes) Second, the busy road people are talking about, is in fact a very busy crossing with THE busiest road of Herceg Novi (the E65). There are in total 5 roads that come together, right in front of the apartment - this makes it very noise, almost 24 hours a day. Third, the place is NOT recommended for travelers with children. There is a baby cot available, but it's impossible to secure the gate to the stairs. Fourth, the terrace (we had the top apartment) is great, except its way to hot to sit there - there is no parasol or any other kind of shade. Early morning and late evening is the only time to enjoy the terrace. The front balcony is way too noise, for it overlooks the busy crossroads. Fifth, the walk to the beach is long an tiresome - for it includes many stairs and/or steep road (again, NOT recommended for people with small children). Although the beach is at birdview only 300 meters away, the walk is at least ten minutes - and with a pram it's fifteen. I would only recommend this place for a few days - in which I suggest you find one of the many, many other great and beautiful places to stay in Herceg Novi. Close to the beach, close to the center. And pay just a bit more. There are shops, supermarkets, bakeries and pharmacies all over Herceg Novi, so don't be deceived by the description that makes it sound like Apartments Mediteran is the only place close to the shops. In fact, it's FAR from everything. And far from all the nice places in Herceg Novi. The description of Apartments Mediteran is most misleading and, again, if you have booked it - please use the first days of your stay to find something really really nice.

Melica who works there is so helpful. It's exceptionally clean, and I loved watching life from my balcony. Doesn't take long to get down to the foreshore/promenade so good location if you're not there for the Old Town.

It's a bit noisy as it's on the main road, and it's also a bit of a hike into the Old Town, but that isn't a deal breaker.

Excellent value for money. It is only 10 minutes walk from the bus station and close to the beach and the old town of Herceg Novi. The staff were very helpful. My balcony had lovely views. Overlooking a main road, but not noisy. Shop and bakery next door. Highly recommended.

This wasn't a problem for me, but some people might find the steps to the apartment high. It may be worth checking first if it is an issue for you or getting the first floor apartment.

We stayed two nights in this place and really liked it. Apartment was very comfortable and short stroll from the beach. Bit noisy from the street but still great value for what you get in return.

staff very friendly and helpful .i would suggest adding curtain to windows , bar soap and holder in shower .and fix door to corridor to improve privacy and security .

Not so far from bus station, good location for travellers, good value for money. The staff (Milica) is excellent and very helpful.

The road just infront of rooms and it's noisy, location is just on crossroad. But it's not issue if you spend most of the time out.

The people who ran and took care of the place were lovely; you got the feeling they would do anything to help you, and even brought us some Easter treats! Good value, clean rooms and pleasant little terraces with views out to the bay and over to the hills beyond. Good location for the beach promenade of Herceg Novi, with its bars and cafes, and located about halfway between the old town and the resort of Igalo. The water is hot...very hot!...and the beds were comfortable. A small, basic kitchen is enough to boil some water and to keep some basic supplies in the fridge. There is a small bakery below.

It is indeed located on a busy road, which, if the sound of traffic bothers you, could be an issue. The tv reception needs sorting out. If you are on foot, the walk from the bus station is about 12-15 minutes, depending on how fast you walk, and the old town is a little further from there; bear this in mind if you are walking with luggage. The way the apartments are laid out, it looks like sometimes you may share a kitchen; check when you book.

We got a bit lost. do not trust the Booking placement of the hotel. It is actually right off the main st/highway the 2nd house up, just near the police station (ask for that if you get lost). The sign for it is on the very top storey of the house so look up, as there are not very clear numbers on the street anyway. The staff are very good though, we rang up the head man as our cell couldn't get through to the lady waiting for us, and he sorted it all out, despite the late hour. Would definitely recommend if you need somewhere cheap and central to stay. They also do have quite a nice view.

When the heating is on, it makes a loud vibration noise through the wall which ends up with it being turned off (which during winter can get a bit chilly)

Comfortable and very clean room with amusing panoramic view to the sea and the Bay. Friendly  staff, high-quality service. Close to Herceg Novi sea promenade, marina and old town. Lots of great restaurants close by. Good transfer service to local airports. The staff are always there to help out with anything. Great location for excursions to Dubrovnik, Perast, Kotor, Budva (bus station 5 min walk).

Good location, little bit noisy from car traffic but not too much, in the centre of Herceg Novi, 5 minute walk from old town, 300 meters from the beach. Great bakery, grocery shop and pharmacy are next door. Nice, clean room and very friendly staff, they recommended super one day trip to Kotor and Perast. Central bus station is 5 minute walk where I took bus to Dubrovnik (30 minute drive).

Room is very clean and it has everything you need for a short stay. View to a bay, 10 min walk to the city center. Lady who is taking care of apartments is very nice and she will help you with anything.

In the summer is probably difficult to park the car, but I didn´t have a problem in October.

Extraordinary clean rooms, staff polite and very helpful. Great value for money.

Good budget apartments. Shop on the first floor with fresh bread.

Far from the sea, so it is hard to go down and up every day if you arrive to holidays. The road in front of the windows, so they must be closed at the night.

Good space. Kitchen... Comfortable bed... Very friendly people.

next to the highway... hard to sleep. Very bad internet connection. TV is old, with digital signals, nothing can be watched.
